Role Model

Legal Aid and Assistance

Justice does not reach the weaker sections of the society due to a number of reasons like cumbersome procedural delays, lack of awareness about procedural and substantive laws and illiteracy. Since its inception in 1997, Sampurna collaborated with distinguished lawyers in Delhi to provide free legal aid and assistance to the underprivileged community class. The purpose of the programme is to firstly guide them regarding their legal rights and then giving free legal aid to them since they cannot afford the services of a lawyer for the conduct of a case or a legal proceeding in any court, tribunal or before an authority. Thousands of beneficiaries are provided legal advice and assistance by our reputed lawyers thereby helping them in availing justice in a timely and effective manner.
